The bungalow is on a quiet lane close to the village of Happisburgh about 20 miles north-east of Norwich. In the garden there is also a summerhouse and a shed which contains all the usual beach holiday necessities – bikes, sunloungers, barbeque, windbreaks, bats and balls, buckets and spades, shrimping nets etc.
From the garden you can cross the marram grass bank and go straight down onto the beautiful sandy beach – the tide can go out for 100m leaving masses of space for playing and sunbathing.

Fishing was bad, 1 Eel, 2 small Bass and 3 crabs but that never mattered, the walks, beach and the fanatatic weather made it brilliant.
